1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the karikia platform located at https://karikia.net, or by creating a registered account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with karikia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the karikia platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and karikia with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between you and karikia relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the karikia platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any real-money game or betting activity on the karikia platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the karikia platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of karikia or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account on karikia closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

karikia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period — typically 72 hours from the date of request — may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting features on the karikia platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active karikia account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. Where karikia identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other indicators — karikia reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold any bonus balances. Real-money balances may be returned at karikia's discretion following investigation.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify karikia immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

karikia operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with industry best practices. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), a proof of address document, and documentation confirming your payment method. karikia will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the karikia platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). karikia supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to your karikia account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In exceptional circumstances, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. If a deposit does not appear within 60 minutes, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.

karikia does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed by the karikia finance team within 60 minutes during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. karikia reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. karikia may request that you verify your payment method before processing a withdrawal. Funds cannot be withdrawn to a third-party account under any circumstances.

4.3 Transaction Limits

karikia reserves the right to set, modify, or remove transaction limits for individual accounts or payment methods at any time. Players may view their current applicable limits within their account dashboard. Where a transaction limit is modified, karikia will notify affected players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotions

karikia offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the total value of the bonus must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. karikia reserves the right to limit bonus availability based on a player's country of residence, payment method, account history, or other factors. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus is available once per player, household, device, and payment method.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. The applicable expiry period will be stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the end of the expiry period without further notice.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other players, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. karikia reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion launch.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the karikia platform, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or other non-human means to access or interact with the karikia platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit any game, bet, or feature on the platform, including the use of software designed to give an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordination with other players or external parties to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using the karikia platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or permitting any other individual to use your account.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content on the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Circumventing any geo-restriction, IP block, or access control measure implemented by karikia.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

karikia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotional system.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Identification of an account as belonging to an individual under the age of 18.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your karikia account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. karikia reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after this period, subject to notification via the registered email address. The monthly fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the karikia platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of karikia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the karikia platform for its intended purpose as a personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting platform. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the platform, except as follows:

• Your computer or mobile device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

The karikia name, logo, and all related trade names, trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are proprietary marks of karikia. You must not use such marks without the express prior written permission of karikia.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, karikia and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the karikia platform.

karikia makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

karikia shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, karikia's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall karikia's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

karikia is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard settings at no cost and with no requirement for advance notice or approval.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a defined period of active gaming.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders showing their session duration and net gaming result.

Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — karikia will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. The definition of what constitutes a material change is at karikia's sole discretion.

Your continued use of the karikia platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent changes were made.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. karikia operates its platform to serve players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that the content or services on the platform are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement between you and karikia, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 48 hours of receipt. For complex issues, the resolution period may be extended, and you will be notified of the expected timeframe.

If your complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with the karikia support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". karikia will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a final written response within 28 calendar days.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

The failure of karikia to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver by karikia of a breach of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
